First Year Undergraduate Induction Information

Welcome to the School of Health Sciences - we are delighted that you have chosen to study in our School. During your first week in the School there will be an induction programme running in conjunction with your timetable. Please see below for course specific information.

All first years will undertake HS1042 Structure and Function of the Human Body module. Please note that the essential textbook for this module must be purchased from the book stall available for you during induction week - cost £39.99.


Please do not buy this book from any other provider, as this will not allow you access to the full range of online resources.



Diagnostic Radiography

On your first day, Monday 20th September 2010, please report to room H409 in the Faculty of Health & Social Care building at 10.00 am, where you will meet with your Course Leader and Year One Tutor, who will go over your induction week timetable and answer any questions which you might have.
