On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to: | |
1 | Discuss developments in strategic management and analyse the relationship between different aspects of the global business environment. |
2 | Discuss the concepts associated with managing through people and discuss the hard and soft aspects of people and organisational performance. |
3 | Discuss the effectiveness of organisational relationships and discuss management tools and techniques in managing organisational relationships. |
4 | Advise on important elements in the change process and discuss the concepts involoved in managing projects. |

The module is assessed by one component: C1 - Examination - 100% weighting. This module is not graded. After a student has sat the CIMA examination, CIMA then provides the student with the result. This is recorded as P (Pass) after confirmation of a Pass mark has been received from CIMA. | |
