Indicative Module Content |

The module will provide students with an overview of project management and its key principles and practices; project life cycle and its underpinning role in monitoring project progress; processes of initiation and definition; business cases; objective setting; determining scope, identifying stakeholders, identifying risks, assessing strategies for delivering projects on budget and within scope; importance of people, communication and resources; leadership; structures and feedback paths through and across organisations; project schedule, change control mechanism; an introduction to the principles of sustainable project management |
