Aims of Module
To develop the skills to be able to successfully complete an integrated case study within a simulated business context based on the material drawn from the CIMA Operational level modules, P1, E1 and F1.

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Evaluate pre-seen case-study information.
2 Apply technical knowledge and insights obtained through successful completion of the CIMA P1, E1 and F1 modules to effectively engage with the case-study simulation.
3 Communicate pertinent financial and business information in a professional manner utilising the language of accounting and business in the case-study simulation.
4 Address any ethical issues raised within the case study simulation.

Indicative Module Content
This module integrates material studied within the CIMA Operational level modules P1, E1 and F1.

Module Delivery
The mode of delivery is Distance Learning with a focus on the use of interactive online activities. Students have access to a range of online materials and tools to facilitate their learning, including topic guides, online chats, exercises, and discussion fora.

MODULE PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTOR
Explanatory Text
The module is assessed by one component: C1 - Examination - 100% weighting. This module is not graded. After a student has sat the CIMA examination, CIMA then provides the student with the result. This is recorded as P (Pass) after confirmation of a Pass mark has been received from CIMA.
Module Grade Minimum Requirements to achieve Module Grade:
Pass Demonstrates that the learning outcomes have been met.
Fail Fails to demonstrate that the learning outcomes have been met.
NS Non-submission of work by published deadline or non-attendance for examination

Prerequisites for Module Completion of the CIMA Operational level exams - E1, P1, F1 or equivalent.
