Know Can Do Models for B & C Placement
The "Know Can Do Models" for B and C Placement have been taken from the Peer Assisted Learning Pack. These are a useful indicator for each week of placement to determine the Student's "Know Can Do" for each of the learning outcomes.
Guidance on Attendance and Absence during Dietetic Practice Placements
In March 2011, the Universities produced Guidance on "Attendance and Absence during Dietetic Practice Placements A, B & C". This has been circulated to all students going out on placement. Please ensure that staff familiarise themselves with this document.
Peer Assisted Learning
The "Scottish Peer Assisted Learning Implementation - Resource Pack" was launch at the Scottish Cluster Student Training Forum in September 2010. You will find the pack under the link "PAL & Placement Resources"
We're still trying to compile overviews of each of the dietetic placements provided in Scotland. If you haven't already done so, please forward your 'Placement Profile' to email@example.com to be uploaded on to this website.
