To provide an opportunities for young talented athletes across all sports to gain access to quality Strength & Conditioning coaching and facilities. The focus of the programme will be on athletic development specific to the needs of the individual and sport, geared towards assisting developing athletes reach their full sporting potential.

Taking athletic development to the next level. Providing an unrivalled support structure and delivering bespoke Strength & Conditioning programmes. Taking a holistic approach to conditioning incorporating the following aspects of conditioning for sports performance
• Physiological Testing
• Multi Directional Speed
• Muscular Strength & Endurance
• Power Development
• Postural Alignment
• Balance & Co-ordination
• Speed, Agility & Quickness
• Flexibility

Dates
Block 1: Monday 28th September - Friday 18th December 2009
Block 2: Monday 18th January - Friday 2nd April 2010
Block 3: Monday 12th April - Friday 25th June 2010
Non RGU:SPORT Members: 12 week block = £240.00 (£10 per session including free 1x 1 hour consultation meeting prior to block)
RGU:SPORT Members: 12 week block = £220.00 (£9.17 per session including free 1x 1 hour consultation meeting prior to block)
Note: Option to add in physiological testing at beginning and end of macrocyles
