Indicative Module Content This module promotes the ability to analyse the wide range of legal issues which may arise in construction contracts appropriate to a range of procurement arrangements. As examples this would include issues concerning pre-contractual negotiations, contract terms, relationships based on trust, long term contracts, methods of dispute resolution and professional liability. | Mode of Delivery This module is delivered both on-campus and by distance learning. On-campus delivery is by a blended learning approach involving research, on-line activities, targeted lectures, group work and seminars. Distance learning delivery is by on-line materials, activities and support. Assessment Plan
Component 1 is a coursework which normally consists of an investigative paper on a topic selected by the student. Component 2 is a closed book, summative assessment. Indicative Bibliography
