Aims of Module | |||

To provide students with supervised assessed practice and the tools to reflect analytically and self critically thereon within the precepts of best and evidence based practice. |
Learning Outcomes for Module | |

On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to: | |
1 | Evidence the capacity to critically analyse and reflect on their own practice. |
2 | Recognise and critically analyse the implications of their needs for continuing professional development. |
3 | Provide an informed critical analysis of the financial, legal, social policy and organisational contexts in relation to, and as they apply to the practice setting. |
4 | Demonstrate competence in direct practice skills as required by the SSSC in a manner appropriate for a Stage 2 student. |
