Aims of Module
The aim of this module is for the student to critically reflect on their learning and criminology over the four years of the course, with an emphasis on how the interdisciplinarity of criminology develops a rich understanding of crime and deviance. This will enable them to collate and apply the knowledge, understanding and skills gained in the course after graduation.

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Demonstrate self-awareness of learning strengths, weaknesses and preferences.
2 Synthesize and integrate learning to create a comprehensive knowledge of criminology.
3 To reflect on what transferable skills have been acquired and their applicability to future careers.
4 To critically discuss issues of power and positionality.

Reflective techniques, journaling, Gibbs Reflective Cycle, CARL Framework of Reflection, 5R framework for reflection, interdisciplinarity,

Module Delivery
The module will be delivered by a short series of lecture and seminars. The module brings together the learning gained from all the previous years of learning. Students will be required to reflect on the learning logs and other assessments from previous modules.
