Aims of Module
To provide the student with the ability to facilitate the learning of others within the context of supportive learning environments and effective working relationships.

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Enable learners to relate theory to practice whilst developing critical reflective skills.
2 Facilitate interprofessional learning and working within the context of negotiated interdisciplinary/interagency learning opportunities.
3 Select and apply approaches to learning which will support learners to explore new ways of working, as well as develop required knowledge, skills and values.
4 Work in an anti-oppressive way which acknowledges the power differences inherent within a learning situation, particularly supervision, and take into account individual learner differences.
5 Provide effective working relationships in order to foster professional growth and personal development.

Theory to practice integration. Reflective skills. Interdisciplinary/inter-agency learning. Adult learning theories. Anti-oppressive practice. Models of supervision. Professional development
