To provide the student with the ability to facilitate the learning of others within the context of supportive learning environments and effective working relationships. |
Learning Outcomes for Module | |

On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to: | |
1 | Enable learners to relate theory to practice whilst developing critical reflective skills. |
2 | Facilitate interprofessional learning and working within the context of negotiated interdisciplinary/interagency learning opportunities. |
3 | Select and apply approaches to learning which will support learners to explore new ways of working, as well as develop required knowledge, skills and values. |
4 | Work in an anti-oppressive way which acknowledges the power differences inherent within a learning situation, particularly supervision, and take into account individual learner differences. |
5 | Provide effective working relationships in order to foster professional growth and personal development. |
