1 | Evaluate a range of approaches to management and leadership, including change management within social work settings. |
2 | Evaluate models of quality assurance and their application within social work settings. |
3 | Evaluate the contributions of financial organisation to the provision of efficient and effective social work provision. |
Indicative Module Content |
---|
Management & Leadership models. Theories of organisations. Current context of social work management. Ethical leadership. Change management/transistions. Management & Leadership an inter-discplinary context. The development and support of staff. Reflects the knowledge, skills and professional confidence and competence requirements around engagement with public protection. |
