| 2 | Evaluate models of quality assurance and their application within social work settings. |
| 3 | Evaluate the contributions of financial organisation to the provision of efficient and effective social work provision. |

| Management & Leadership models. Theories of organisations. Current context of social work management. Ethical leadership. Change management/transistions. Management & Leadership an inter-discplinary context. The development and support of staff. Reflects the knowledge, skills and professional confidence and competence requirements around engagement with public protection. |
