Indicative Module Content |
---|
Therapeutic and relational practices and approaches. Therapy based upon; play, music, art and drama. Family therapy, behavioural therapy, person centred, cognitive/ behavioural, psychodynamic, family therapy, pluralistic, groupwork, counselling skills and practice, therapeutic and relational work and with children and adults, other creative practices. Application and evaluation of therapeutic and relational practices and approaches and their relevance and value for social work. Evaluation of the research and wider evidence base for these practices and approaches in social work. Reflects the knowledge, skills and professional confidence and competence requirements around engagement with public protection. |
