Aims of Module
To enable the student to evaluate their personal and professional development and the practice learning experience. To enable the student to identify and begin to plan future learning needs.

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Critically reflect on learning and professional development resulting from the final period of assessed practice learning.
2 Reflect critically on the resolution of ethical dilemmas and conflict from the period of practice learning.
3 Critically appraise aspects of professional development which need to be part of a future learning plan.

Indicative Module Content
Direct Practice experiences which allow the student the opportunity to reflect, apply and integrate a range of values, theories and methods to social work practice, The student’s practice learning should reflect the knowledge, skills and professional confidence and competence requirements relating to engagement with public protection as appropriate to the practice learning setting.
