This professional development module will include experiential learning; professionalism; application of safe professional practice; protocols and standard operating procedures; patient safety; safeguarding; care, compassion, respect and empathy; team working; time management; clinical reasoning and problem solving; use of professional documentation; communication with service users, clinical supervisors and multidisciplinary team members; reflective practice; personal and professional development; preparation and skills for practice. |
