Aims of Module
To prepare the student to independently determine therapeutic investigations and interventions, justifying decision making and clinical reasoning in the management of a patient.

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Critically interpret clinical history and examination findings to form differential diagnosis.
2 Critically analyse decision making and rationale for investigating disease.
3 Critically appraise the underpinning evidence base of investigations.
4 Critically synthesis results in relation to well-being and patient outcomes.
5 Critically evaluate management strategies to correct abnormalities.
