| 1 | Explore the professional, regulatory and legal positions within advancing healthcare practice and be able to apply this to their professional role. |
| 2 | Critically evaluate leadership theories and concepts applicable to health and social care. |
| 3 | Critically evaluate the change process and its application to improvement methodology. |
| 4 | Critically examine approaches to the facilitation of professional development. |
| 5 | Critically reflect on the use of problem-solving strategies in the use of clinical judgement and decision-making practice. |
