| On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to: | |
| 1 | Construct a negotiated learning agreement of their identified developmental needs, to reflect advancing practice within the context of personal, professional and organisational goals. |
| 2 | Reflect and critically evaluate skills, knowledge and attributes required to fulfil the role of the practitioner at an advanced level. |
| 3 | Critically appraise the four pillars of advanced practice principles to promote practice. |
| 4 | Critically explore, analyse and evaluate an appropriate area of personal development relevant to professional practice. |
