On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to: | |
1 | Critically analyse the underpinning theories, principals and concepts of leading and managing teams and caseloads. |
2 | Critically analyse the theoretical basis of a range of strategies and approaches to address the contemporary health care requirements within health visiting. |
3 | Critically appraise and evaluate infant feeding strategies. |
4 | Critically explore the role of the health visitor in the facilitation of learning. |
5 | Critically appraise the role of the health visitor within multi-agency working. |
