1 | Critically explore theories, principles, and concepts which underpin improving health and wellbeing. |
2 | Evaluate theoretical concepts of person-centred assessment and professional decision making within advancing community nursing practice. |
3 | Critically analyse the theoretical basis of a range of strategies and approaches to addressing healthcare needs within advancing community nursing practice. |
4 | Critically explore the complexity and influences associated with providing care in the community setting. |
5 | Appraise the underpinning principles and concepts of managing teams and caseloads. |
