2 | Review the policy drivers shaping contemporary leadership in healthcare. |
3 | Critically analyse the leadership skills required to successfully lead partnership working and multi-professional teams. |
4 | Explore the factors that can impact on dynamics and functioning of the multi-professional team. |
5 | Critically reflect on the range of skills required to lead healthcare. |
