Aims of Module
To provide international student nurses and midwives with a professional practice learning experience in Scottish healthcare organisations in line with performance expectations for SCQF level 9 so that it is professional, safe and person-centred.

On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:

Additional Notes
International student nurses and midwives will undertake practice learning as specified within the learning agreement developed for their ERASMUS Exchange Programme. The ERASMUS Exchange Programme is 13 weeks in duration and can include a cultural experience opportunity for a maximum period of up to one week. 1 ECTS credit = 25 hours of work; 13 weeks exchange = 13 x 37.5 = 488 hours; 488 hours/25 = 20 ECTS.
