| 1 | Demonstrate an applied understanding of the key principles of equality and diversity. |
| 2 | Define 'a vulnerable person' and the initial processes required to ensure their protection, including reporting mechanisms. |
| 3 | Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of key aspects of personal and organisational health and safety. |
| 4 | Demonstrate an understanding of the principles and practice of reflection in identifying own learning needs in relation to academic skills and professional practice. |
