| To provide the student with the opportunity to plan and execute an extended investigation the legal and factual issues arising out of a detailed problem scenario and to report or deliver the results of that investigation in a practice oriented format. | |||

| Indicative Module Content |

| The module will be based on a case study drawn from real life examples and will require the preparation of an extensive report. |
| Module Delivery |

| Students will be provided with a case study based on issues which arise in "real life" and set a task based on assessing those issues. Students will be given guidance on the skills required to complete the task by way of recorded lectures. |
