To enable students to develop an advanced knowledge and understanding of the legal issues which arise and are dealt with the administration of construction contracts. |

2 | Appraise and apply important regulatory and/or legislative requirements in the construction industry |
3 | Identify evaluate and critically assess key matters arising during the course of a construction contract |
Indicative Module Content |
---|
This module will cover the key legal issues which arise through the administration of a construction contract as it is being developed, including Health and Safety; the Employer s Obligations including payment, Contractor s obligations and Professional team obligations (including certification). |
