| Development and sources of domestic commercial law including the influence of the EU; comparison of business vehicles such as sole trader, partnership and company; agency; sale and supply of goods; aspects of carriage of goods; aspects of insurance; intellectual property; insolvency / bankruptcy. |

| This is a lecture and tutorial based module. Lectures provide core module content. Tutorials develop associated higher level skills through student centred learning. In the distance learning mode, in addition, online activities will form part of the module contact time. |
