Aims of Module | |||

The module aims to allow students to understand, appraise and apply behaviour change theories, models and tools in relation to exercise, health and wellbeing. |
Learning Outcomes for Module | |

On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to: | |
1 | Critically appraise personal, social, environmental and cultural factors influencing exercise, health and wellbeing behaviours. |
2 | Critically discuss key concepts, principles and theories of behaviour change in relation to exercise, health and wellbeing. |
3 | Critically evaluate of exercise, health and wellbeing related behaviour change interventions. |
4 | Justify the application of behaviour change models, theories and tools in relation to exercise, health and wellbeing. |
