Aims of Module | |||

To provide students with the opportunity to synthesise, and further develop, their learning from across the programme to demonstrate, holistically, their mastery in the area(s) of strategic planning and/or strategic management by undertaking an independent project. |
Learning Outcomes for Module | |

On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to: | |
1 | Conduct an independent project related to strategic service planning and delivery in health and social care. |
2 | Critically review and discuss relevant available literature, research and professional knowledge to establish a clear academic and practice context for the project and methods used. |
3 | Critically analyse, evaluate and discuss the results of the project in relation to academic and practice considerations in a professionally appropriate manner. |
4 | Critically discuss the implications and impact of the project in relation to appropriate areas of practice. |
5 | Review and reflect on the project process displaying awareness of the limitations of the project and any attendant ethical issues. |
