On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to: | |
1 | Critically evaluate the role of workforce, technology and buildings/environment in addressing health inequalities, self-management/prevention and innovative service delivery for health and social care services. |
2 | Critically discuss the interactions between workforce, technology and buildings/environments for the delivery of future health and social care for populations. |
3 | Critically investigate and debate recent innovations in technology, buildings/environment, workforce and service delivery in the provision of health and social care services and their role in achieving the quality agenda. |

Considerations for optimising operational management prior to instigating strategic redesign as appropriate. |
