Aims of Module
To enable the student to explore and analyse the context of vocational rehabilitation and work.
Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:

Evaluate the biopsychosocial, cultural and environmental factors of complex conditions which may impact on vocational rehabilitation and work sustainability.

Indicative Module Content
Health, safety and comfort at work. Promotion of health in the work place and work-life balance. Selected conditions and supported return to work, work retention and supported work. Investigation and reflection upon pertinent literature. Management of conditions.
