Aims of Module
To enable the student to evaluate their personal and professional development and the practice learning experience. To enable the student to identify and begin to plan future learning needs.

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Critically reflect on learning and professional development resulting from Practice Placement.
2 Critically appraise the roles and responsibilities of the interprofessional team in assessing, treating, intervening and caring for a service user.
3 Critically appraise aspects of professional development which need to be part of a future learning plan.

Indicative Module Content
Reflection. Professionalism. HCPC Standards. BDA Code of Conduct. Teamwork and communication skills. Clinical client care skills. Community and population health skills. Food and foodservice systems skills. Leadership, management and organisational skills. Ethical dilemmas.
