Aims of Module
This module aims to enable the student to develop skills in service user engagement, assessment and goal setting

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Apply principles of person centered care.
2 Demonstrate skills for service user involvement and collaborative working
3 Evidence skills of written and verbal communication and documentation with individuals and teams
4 Demonstrate understanding of assessment, planning and review skills
