Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Describe the signs and symptoms and relate these to the pathological process in a variety of common clinical conditions encountered by physiotherapists.
2 Demonstrate an understanding of the effect of common pathological conditions on an individual with the condition.
3 Identify the role of the physiotherapist in the wider management of people with these conditions.
4 Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of health improvement in these common conditions.
5 Utilise library searching mechanisms to acquire relevant evidence.
