| On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to: | |

| 2 | Apply the theories, models, concepts and principles acquired in the course programme to the workplace. |

| Indicative Module Content |

| The content of the work placement will vary. However, each student will draw up an agreed learning contract with the host organisation and devise a programme which will enable the learning outcomes specified to be achieved. |

| Supervised placement within a company by means of on-the-job training. In addition, students may be required to attend specific staff development workshops as designated by the host organisation. |
