Planning the project will be carried out in conjunction with their course tutor and mentor. Throughout their work on the project, students will have regular individual tutorials with their course tutor, mentor and such other specialist staff as may be needed to provide help in specific areas. Additional Notes
It should be noted that this is a generic module descriptor that provides a standard template for the individual projects that students will undertake at the MA stage of the HELT programme. Each student will agree the exact nature of their project with their course tutor, and write this up in the form of a detailed research proposal. The project can either be based on one of the modules carried out at the PG Diploma stage of the programme, or may be completely new.
