To provide foundation knowledge on the use of PCs and associated hardware; working with MS Windows; MS application software; the internet and e.mail.

On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:

1. Set up and operate a PC.
2. Use Windows software to accomplish a given task.
3. Create simple Word and presentation documents.
4. Use the Internet and email for communicating.
