The module prepares learners with an understanding of the impacts of revenue and resource management strategies on hospitality businesses. It enables learners with the needed data analytics skills for accurate forecasting and pricing models, and the needed skills for resource management. |

Forecasting trends, budgeting strategies, segmentation, effective yielding, revenue management performance, total revenue management, big data, resource leveling, resource utilisation, financial resources, human skills, IT resources, production and natural resources. |
