The aim of this module is to enable students to develop knowledge and skills in providing data management services to meet the needs of service users. |
Learning Outcomes for Module | |

On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to: | |
1 | Present a critical understanding of corporate data categories versus 'working' projects and the relationships between them. |
2 | Practice customer focus in data service delivery in the context of a range of user workflows and business processes. |
3 | Describe typical job requests and design procedures to ensure that they are delivered satisfactorily and consistently. |
4 | Describe the typical data management projects and analyse the activities, resources and challenges in executing them. |
