Aims of Module
The aim of this module is to enable students to develop knowledge and skills in providing data management services to meet the needs of service users.

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Present a critical understanding of corporate data categories versus 'working' projects and the relationships between them.
2 Practice customer focus in data service delivery in the context of a range of user workflows and business processes.
3 Describe typical job requests and design procedures to ensure that they are delivered satisfactorily and consistently.
4 Describe the typical data management projects and analyse the activities, resources and challenges in executing them.
