Aims of Module | |||

To enable students to appraise the usability of web-based communication enterprises and apply design principles to web-authoring projects. |

2 | Appraise third party websites for usability and fitness for purpose. |
3 | Plan usable websites that take user requirements fully into account. |

Indicative Module Content |
---|
This module addresses the following topics: UX design principles; project management; interactive media design and usability factors; text and typography; programming techniques; SEO; html and css.
Students will be engaged with UNESCO's Education for Sustainable Development, Systems Thinking competency, as they analyse complex systems and consider how they are embedded within different contexts in web design and development. |
