Indicative Module Content Nature of international construction contracts; processes by which such contracts come into being; special features which affect the methods of resolving disputes arising from such contracts; analysis of international construction contracts in common use and the types of disputes that arise under them; particular issues relating to the use of international construction contracts in common law and civil law jurisdictions. | Indicative Student Workload
