Indicative Module Content The content of the learning experience will vary depending on the organisational setting. Students will complete a Management Report on a relevant aspect of management agreed with the organisation. In addition, learners will compile a personal development plan with their organisation and devise a personal development programme (CPD evidence) which will enable learning outcomes to be achieved. | Indicative Student Workload
Mode of Delivery Delivery is by means of job experience. Following a briefing on the requirements of the module, learners are issued with a copy of the Learner Guidelines which defines learning outcomes, assessment criteria and evidence requirements. Learners then complete the module requirements independently under the supervision of an academic supervisor. Assessment Plan
The first element of coursework is a Managment Report which assesses Learning Outcome 1 and has a 100% weighting. The second element is a CPD Evidence Portfolio will comprise the following: (a) a CV; (b) a personal development plan and (c) evidence of learning outcomes and supporting documentation.
