Aims of Module
To provide the student with the opportunity to apply the knowledge and understanding and the personal transferable skills acquired in the relevant programme of study to real projects and business activities.

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Demonstrate skills, attitudes and behaviours appropriate to the workplace.
2 Recognise their own strengths and weaknesses as potential managers.
3 Develop an understanding of the workings of an organisation and contribute to its development.
4 Apply theories, models and concepts and principles acquired in the programme of study to the workplace.
5 Demonstrate evidence of and reflect on new learning with regard to knowledge, skills and abilities required for effective functioning in the workplace.

The student will be fully involved in appropriate commercial business activities relevant to their degree of study.
