Aims of Module
To develop enterprise and employability skills, and enhance understanding of personal and professional development.

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Undertake a personal skills audit, identify development needs and formulate a personal elevator pitch.
2 Create a professional network map and develop a network management plan.
3 Generate and explore business ideas and provide solutions to organisational problems.

Indicative Module Content
Devising and delivering an elevator pitch; conducting a personal skills audit; idea generation and testing; creative thinking; network mapping; network management; team building; professional development planning; reflection.
