Aims of Module
To provide the student with an opportunity to evidence thier developing employability skills and critically reflect on the contribution made to their employer during the placement period.

Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
1 Develop a portfolio of evidence using the Mahara e-portfolio software which demonstrates application of knowledge and understanding from previous academic study to the workplace
2 Convey an understanding of the organisation in which they are placed and reflect on the contribution made to that organsiation.
3 Demonstrate the skills and experiences that they have acquired during the placement module and understand the now greater contribution they have made to the workplace.
4 Critically evaluate their own strengths and weaknesses as potential managers
