Aims of Module
To obtain an holistic and integrated view of managing organisations from external and internal perspectives by building an understanding of organisatonal structures.
Learning Outcomes for Module
On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:

Discuss developments in strategic management and analyse the relationship between different aspects of the global business environment.

Discuss the concepts associated with managing through people and discuss the hard and soft aspects of people and organisational performance.

Discuss the effectiveness of organisational relationships and discuss management tools and techniques in managing organisational relationships.
