Indicative Module Content Consideration of the features and legal consequences of marriage, matrimonial breakdown and the grounds for divorce, financial provision on divorce, cohabitation, legitimacy, parental rights and responsibilities, residence and contact, civil partnership, adoption and the key Human Rights Act 1998 implications of family law.
