| Business ethics and ethical conflict - legal frameworks for business, role of professional bodies, standards of ethical behaviour, CIMAs code of ethics. Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility - role of corporate governance, directors and management structures, audit, role of CSR. Principles of the legal system, contract and employment law. |
