| Indicative Module Content |

| Budgeting theory; preparation of functional budgets, cash budgets and master budgets; consideration of different methods of cost classification; cost assignment including overhead absorption; preparation of flexed budgets; introduction of variance analysis and overview of ethical and sustainability considerations where appropriate. |
