Mode of Delivery
The emphasis of the course is on individualised study and independent learning, with the majority of time taken by self-initiated and self-directed work. Students are expected to identify the most appropriate academic and practical strategies for the progression of their work. For this purpose, this module is delivered as a combination of group tutorial-presentations and individual supervision.
This module is assessed by Internal Examiners' first and second reading, based on consensus. The work is then independently moderated by the External Examiner. The student's individual contribution to any collaborative work will be assessed through the mechanism of a project report. Students are normally required to take part in a group presentation.
