Indicative Module Content
This module will enable the student to experiment, develop and give focus to his or her own critical and contextual enquiry. The student will gain knowledge and experience of a wide range of contextual themes applicable in academic, professional and practice-based environments. The student will engage in a number of writing activities and workshops. Taken together with the lecture programme, these will provide each student with a strong research grounding, on which to base their written work in third and in fourth year. Completed theoretical project work should evidence an awareness and consideration of sustainable themes in a manner appropriate to the context of the discipline.
