| On completion of this module, students are expected to be able to: | |
| 1 | Debate Asset Management in the context of the Built Environment. |
| 2 | Deduce the impact Capital Cost and whole life costs have on a project. |
| 3 | Argue and debate the management skills involved in Facilities Management, the stages of Facilities Management implementation, outsourcing and space utilisation issues. |
| 4 | Research, create and evaluate data appraisal systems for occupancy evaluation. Recognise and critically assess the relationship between costs, use, function and value. Apply the suite of Value Techniques to Built Asset Management. |
